How can I pay for an online order?

Do I need to set up an account?

You are not required to create an account to place an order with us.

By creating an account, you can access the following:
• Your order status
• Your order history
• Manage your addresses

If you wish to create an account, please click the My Account option at the top of your screen and enter your details

How Do I Check My Order Status?

If you are a registered customer, you can log into your account and check your order status.

If you do not have an account, we will keep you updated via email.

How do I find my order number?

You will receive this in your order acknowledgement email and all further email contact from Bulk Buying Club™‎ which relate to this order. If you are a registered customer, it will be visible in the “View Orders" section in your account.

Why won't it accept my card when making payment?

If your card is being declined, please ensure you are entering the correct details. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact your bank or card provider.

Can I pay for an order over the phone?

No, all orders must be placed online. We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or email.

Orders and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

You are not required to create an account to place an order with us.

But by creating an account, you can access the following:

If you wish to create an account, please click the Create An Account option at the top of your screen and enter your details.

How do I return an unwanted item ?

If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so, once you notify us within 28 days of receipt of the order via email or live chat. We will be in touch as soon as we are notified of the return. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging with all materials, manuals and accessories intact. Please note that it is your responsibility to return this item in protective packaging and you are responsible for return postage costs. You must also ensure that you quote your order reference number on the return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.

Once the item is received back to the warehouse it will be checked and granted it meets these conditions we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the credit card that was used to purchase the item.

Do You Accept Refunds and Exchanges?

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:

• Nursery (Baby) items, for hygiene reasons
• Computer games, consoles or tablets where the seal has been broken

This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I cancel my order?

If for any reason you do wish to cancel an order, please contact us via email or live chat as soon as possible. We only have a small window in which to cancel an order. Due to the quick turnaround we are unable to cancel or amend an order, upon customer request, once it is with our fulfilment centre. Customers must ensure they check their order carefully before submitting it.

Please note that you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period. You must exercise your right and notify us in writing no longer than 14 working days after the day on which you receive the order.

You must take reasonable care of the products and they must remain unused and unopened. Once the items are returned and granted the meet the return requirements, we will refund the original purchase price.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
